Application of Certain Terms and Provisions to a Guarantor. (a) For purposes of any provision of this Indenture which provides for the delivery by the Guarantors of an Officers’ Certificate and/or an Opinion of Counsel, the definitions of such terms in Section 1.01 hereof shall apply to such Guarantor as if references therein to the Issuer or the other Guarantor, as applicable, were references to such Guarantor.
