Common use of Application of Co-Sale Right Clause in Contracts

Application of Co-Sale Right. If the Rights Holders or the Company have not elected to purchase or repurchase all of the Offered Shares, then the sale of the remaining Offered Shares will become subject to the co-sale right set forth in Section 4.4 below.

Application of Co-Sale Right. If In the Rights event that the Preferred Holders or the Company have not elected exercised their right of refusal with respect to purchase or repurchase all of the Offered Shares, then the sale of the remaining Offered Shares will not purchased under the right of first refusal pursuant to this Section 4.2 shall become subject to the co-sale right of the Preferred Holders as set forth in Section 4.4 4.3 below.
