Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Swingline Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amountamount reduced from the Revolving Commitments. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of unused portions of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the unused Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.062.05. Upon any reduction of the unused Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect accrued as of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall Commitments shall, insofar as they relate to such terminated Commitments, be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the unused Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.062.07. Upon any reduction of the unused Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Lender under the Revolving Credit Lender Facility and any Incremental Revolving Credit Facility shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amountamount with respect to each such Facility. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination. Repayment of Loans.

Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitmentsunused Commitments under a Facility, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender under such Facility shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of the amount by which such reduction amountFacility is reduced. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Facilities Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Revolving Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage (in respect of the Revolving Credit Percentage Facility) of such reduction amount. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit CommitmentsCommitments of either Class, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender of the applicable Class shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility Commitments of either Class shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit or the Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the any Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the such Revolving Credit Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the each Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the such Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of unused portions of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the unused portions of the Swing Line Sublimit or the unused Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the unused Revolving Credit Commitments, the Revolving Credit Commitment of each Revolving Credit Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage Pro Rata Share of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the amount by which the Revolving Credit Facility is reduced. All facility fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All facility fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
