Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Swingline Commitment, the Letter of Credit Sublimit or the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.5. Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Commitments, the Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Swingline Commitment, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit or the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.52.06. Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Commitments, the Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Swingline Commitment, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Swing Line Sublimit or the any Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.52.06. All fees in respect of the Commitments accrued until the effective date of any termination of any portion of the Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Aggregate CommitmentsTerm Facility, the Term Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Term Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments Term Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Appropriate Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Swingline Commitment, the Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the Aggregate unused Commitments of any Class under this Section 2.5Section 7.06. Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Commitmentsunused Commitments of any Class, the Commitment of each Lender under such Class shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate any Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Commitments, the Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of such reduction amount2.04(a)(ii). All fees accrued until the effective date of any termination or reduction of the Aggregate Commitments pursuant to Section 2.07(a) in respect of any Commitment being terminated or reduced pursuant to this Section 2.04 shall be paid on the effective date of such terminationtermination or reduction.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Swingline Commitment, the Letter of Credit Sublimit or the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.52.06. Upon any reduction of the Aggregate Commitments, the Commitment of each Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of the amount of such reduction amountreduction. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Commitments Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
