Application of Delivery Schedule. The schedule listed in the Paragraph above shall apply only if the Courseware is being offered in the next regularly scheduled Online Course Period. If the Courseware is not scheduled in the next Online Course Period, eCollege will make the Courseware available for review within forty-five (45) business days of receipt of the Customer Course Content.
