Common use of Application of First Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of First Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this First Supplemental Indenture, all provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture with specific Article numbers or Section numbers refer to Articles and Sections contained in this First Supplemental Indenture and not the Base Indenture or any other document. All Initial Notes and Additional Notes, if any, shall be treated as a single class for all purposes of the Indenture, including waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase. Notwithstanding any other provision of this First Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes established by this First Supplemental Indenture.
