Common use of Application of General Terms and Conditions Clause in Contracts

Application of General Terms and Conditions. These general terms and conditions as well as the specific regulations (collectively, the “General Terms”) govern the use of SORACOM Air Global Service. Prior to April 30th, 2020 (the “Novation Date”), SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD., having its registered office at 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx #10-01A Singapore 068898, will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. in respect of the SORACOM Air Global Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”

Application of General Terms and Conditions. These general terms and conditions as well as the specific regulations (collectively, the “General Terms”) govern the use of SORACOM Air Global ServiceService by customers in EU nations and the United Kingdom. Prior to April 30th, 2020 (the “Novation Date”), SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD.DK ApS, having its registered office at c/o Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx #10-01A Singapore 0688980000 Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, registered under business registration number (CVR) 37757268, will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS in respect of the SORACOM Air Global Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”

With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS in respect of the SORACOM Air Global Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx16 Great Queen Street, Xxxxxx Covent Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”

Application of General Terms and Conditions. LTD.DK ApS, having its registered office at c/o Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx #10-01A Singapore 0688980000 Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, registered under business registration number (CVR) 37757268, will provide the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS in respect of the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”

LTD.DK ApS, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx #10x/x Xxxx-01A Singapore 068898Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Allé 35 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark, registered under business registration number (CVR) 37757268 will provide the SORACOM Air Global for Sigfox Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global for Sigfox Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS in respect of the SORACOM Air Global for Sigfox Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global for Sigfox Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”.

LTD.DK ApS, having its registered office at c/o Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx #10-01A Singapore 0688980000 Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, registered under business registration number (CVR) 37757268 will provide the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service to you according to the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service agreement concluded under the General Terms (such agreement, the “Agreement”). With effect from the Novation Date, all rights, obligations and liabilities of SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS in respect of the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service will be absolutely transferred to SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX0X 0XX, registered under company number 12311887, and it will provide the SORACOM Air Global Logging Service to you according to the Agreement. SORACOM INTERNATIONAL, PTE. LTD. DK ApS and SORACOM CORPORATION, LTD. will hereinafter be individually or collectively referred to as “SORACOM.”
