Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, departure from or operation and navigation in its territory of aircraft engaged in the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party, while entering, departing from or operating and navigating in the territory of the first Contracting Party.

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations . (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, departure from or operation and navigation in its territory of aircraft engaged in the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting Party, while entering, departing from or operating and navigating in or departing from the territory of the first Contracting Party.

(1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, stay in, departure from or operation and navigation in its territory of aircraft engaged in navigation and the international operation shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline airline(s) of the other Contracting Party, while entering, staying in, departing from or operating and navigating in the territory of the first Contracting Party.

(1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, departure from or operation and navigation in within and departure from its territory of aircraft engaged in the operation of international operation air services and the laws and regulations relating to admission to, stay in and departure from its territory of passengers, crew, cargo or mail, shall be applicable to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Contracting PartyParty as well as the passengers, crew, crew, cargo or mail carried by such aircraft while entering, within and departing from or operating and navigating in the territory of the first Contracting Party.

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to the admission to, to or departure from or operation and navigation in its territory area of aircraft engaged in international air navigation, or to the international operation and navigation of such aircraft while within its area, shall be applicable applied to the aircraft of the airline or airlines designated airline of by the other Contracting PartyParty without distinction as to nationality, and shall be complied with by such aircraft upon entry into, departure from, or while enteringwithin, departing from or operating and navigating in the territory area of the first Contracting Party.
