Common use of Application of Laws and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Party relating to admission to or departure from its area of aircraft engaged in scheduled services or to the operation and navigation of such aircraft whilst within its area will be applicable to the designated airline(s) of the other Party.

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) . The laws and regulations of one Party relating to admission to or governing entry into and departure from its area territory of an aircraft engaged in scheduled services international air services, or to the operation and navigation of such aircraft whilst while within its area will territory, shall be applicable applied to the aircraft of the designated airline(s) airlines of the other Party and shall be complied with by such aircraft upon entering into or departing from and while within the territory of the first Party.

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to admission to governing entry into, or departure from its area of aircraft engaged in scheduled international air services or to the operation and navigation of such aircraft whilst while within its the said area will be applicable shall apply to the designated airline(s) airlines of the other Contracting Party.

The laws and regulations of the state of one Contracting Party relating to admission to or governing entry into, sojourn in and departure from its area territory of aircraft engaged in scheduled services international air navigation or to the operation and navigation right of such aircraft whilst within its area will to overfly that territory shall be applicable to complied with by the designated airline(s) airline of the other Contracting Party.

The laws and regulations of one Contracting Party relating to admission to governing entry into or departure from its area territory of aircraft engaged in scheduled international air services or to the operation and navigation of such aircraft whilst while within its area will be applicable the said territory shall apply to the designated airline(s) of the other Contracting Party.

Application of Laws and Regulations. (1) The laws and regulations of one each Contracting Party relating to governing the admission to or departure from its own area of aircraft engaged in scheduled services international air navigation, or related to the operation and navigation of such aircraft whilst while within its area will area, shall be applicable applied to the aircraft of the designated airline(s) airline of the other PartyContracting Party upon entrance into, or departure from or while within the said area.
