Application of Moneys on Proceeds Account. To the extent necessary to make payments in accordance with Clause 9.4.3 (Application of Moneys on Proceeds Account), the Borrower will transfer sufficient funds from the Investment Account to the Revenue Account and will liquidate any of the Permitted Investments if necessary to meet its payment obligations.
