Application of Moneys Received by Mortgagee. Any moneys received by Mortgagee pursuant to the provisions of this Article Three (including moneys received by the Trustee after any action or act by Mortgagee under Section 3.10) shall be applied by Mortgagee in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.6 of the TCHI Note Indenture.
