Application of Monies Recovered. Subject always to the right of the Licensor to control any suit or other action with regard to GENTA JAGO IPR as outlined in Section 10.4(c) and any right to receive any monies recovered therefrom as provided for in the License Agreements, all monies recovered upon the final judgment or settlement of any suit or other action under this Sections 10.4 or 10.5 shall be applied as follows:
