Common use of Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the casualty insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof7.1, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the public liability insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: : (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: : (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e6.3(A) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 7.1 hereof, and (iiB) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c6.3(B) and (d6.3(C) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: : (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e6.3(A) hereof shall be paid to the Lessee and applied as provided in Section 7.l 7.1 hereof, and (iiB) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b6.3(B), (c6.3(C), 6.3(D) and (d6.3(E) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: : (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e6.3(A) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, 7.1 hereof and (iiB) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b6.3(B), (c6.3(C), 6.3(D) and (d6.3(E) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

The Subject to the provisions of Section 6.5(a) hereof, the Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section Sections 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 7.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section Sections 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the any insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 5.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof insurance, other than liability or worker's compensation insurance, shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, 6.1 hereof and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the liability or worker's compensation insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions ptovisions of Section 6.4 3.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (ia) the Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e3.4(a) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 4.1 hereof, and and (iib) the Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c3.4(b) and (dc) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment extinguislunent or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of required in Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: : (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) in Sections 6.4 (a), (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 7.2 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section in Sections 6.4(b), (c) and (dc) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.
