Common use of Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 hereof 6.4 shall be applied as follows: (i1) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), 6.4(a) and (eb) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof7.1, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b6.4(c) and (cd) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds ---------------------------------------- of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 hereof 6.13 shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the property and casualty insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof7.1, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the liability insurance required in Sections 7.4(b) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 6.4 (a), (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 7.2 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b6.4(b) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 shall be applied, as follows: (a) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 hereof 6.3(a) shall be applied as follows: provided in Section 7.1, and (ib) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b6.3(b) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4 (a), (d), and (e6.4(a) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof, 7.1 hereof and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4(b) 6.4(b), (c), and (cd) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 hereof carried pursuant to the provisions of this Lease shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), and (e) Section 5.5 hereof determined in accordance with Section 11.2 hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 6.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b) and (c) Section 5.8 hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 hereof 6.4 shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 6.4 (a), (d), b) and (ec) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof7.2, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(bSection 6.4(a) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4 (a), (d), 6.4(e) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 7.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4(b6.4(b), (c) and (cd) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 7.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(bby Section 6.4(b), (c) and (cd) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: (ia) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a), (d), by Section 6.3(a)(i) and (ev) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 7.1 hereof, ; and (iib) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(bby Section 6.3(a)(ii), (iii), (iv) and (cviii) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 4.14 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4 (a), (d), 4.14(a) and (e4.14(d) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 4.19 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4(b4.14(b), 4.10(c) and (c4.10(d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Section 7.4 6.4 hereof or pursuant to any blanket policy carried as an alternative to the insurance required to be carried pursuant to Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) applied, at the Net Proceeds sole discretion of the insurance required in Sections 7.4 (a)Lessee, (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 7.4(b) and (c) 7.1 hereof shall be applied or toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4 (a), 6.4(a) and (d), and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 hereof, 7.l hereof and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4(b6.4(b) and (c) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance required in carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 7.4 4.08 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4 (a), (d), 4.08(a) and (e4.08(f) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 8.2 4.13 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in by Sections 7.4(b4.08(b), (c), (d) and (ce) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.
