Common use of Application of Payments Among Senior Creditors Clause in Contracts

Application of Payments Among Senior Creditors. Any payment with respect to the Senior Obligations or received by a Senior Creditor pursuant to the terms of this Intercreditor Agreement shall be applied pro rata to the Senior Obligations outstanding under the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Senior Notes based on the aggregate amount of Senior Obligations outstanding under the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Senior Notes, respectively, on the date of such payment, as certified by Administrative Agent and the Trustee, respectively, to the other Senior Creditors.
