Common use of Application of Payments on Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Application of Payments on Guaranty. All payments required to be made by the Guarantor hereunder shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be made to the Bank at the Bank's office. Payments received from the Guarantor shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be applied to interest, principal, costs, fees, or other expenses due under the Credit Agreement in such order as the Bank shall determine.

Application of Payments on Guaranty. All payments required to be made by the Guarantor hereunder shallshall be made, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be made to the Bank Trustee for the account of the Noteholders at the Bank's officeaddress of the Trustee specified in the Indenture. Payments received from The Trustee will allocate and apply such payments to the Guarantor shallpayment of principal of, unless otherwise expressly provided hereinpremium, be applied to interestif any, principal, costs, fees, or other expenses due under and interest on the Credit Agreement Notes in such the order as and manner specified in the Bank shall determineIndenture.
