Common use of Application of Payments on Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Application of Payments on Guaranty. All payments required to be made by the Guarantors hereunder shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be made to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Lenders at the Administrative Agent's Office. The Administrative Agent will promptly distribute to each Lender its Pro Rata Share (or other applicable share as expressly provided herein) of such payment in like funds as received. Payments received from the Guarantors shall, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, be applied to costs, fees, or other expenses due under the Loan Documents, any interest (including interest due under subsection 2.06(c) of the Credit Agreement), any principal due under the Loan Documents and any other Guaranteed Obligations, in such order as the Administrative Agent, with the consent of or at the request of the Lenders, shall determine.
