Common use of Application of Payments on Secured Notes Clause in Contracts

Application of Payments on Secured Notes. Each payment ---------------------------------------- on a Secured Note shall be applied, first, to the payment of accrued interest on such Secured Note to the date of such payment, second, to the payment of any principal on such Secured Note then due thereunder, and third, to the payment of the installments of principal remaining unpaid on such Secured Note in the inverse order of the installment due date thereof.
