Application of Payments Under Parent Guaranty. All --------------------------------------------- payments received by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to the Parent Guaranty shall be distributed forthwith by the Indenture Trustee in the same order of priority, and in the same manner, as it would have distributed the payment in respect of which such payment under the Parent Guaranty was received.
