Application of Proceeds and Other Recoveries. In the event that any Notice of Actionable Default shall have been delivered to the Collateral Agent, amounts recovered from the Obligors or pursuant to Section 3.4 hereof shall be applied, as promptly as reasonably practicable, but in no event later than 5 business days after receipt thereof, subject to the following provisions of this Section 3, to the payment of the Obligations as follows:
