APPLICATION OF PROCEEDS OF LOSS OR SUBSTANTIAL TAKING. Any insurance or condemnation proceeds received as the result of the occurrence of (i) any event of loss described in SECTION 14.3 hereof or (ii) any event of substantial Taking described in SECTION 15.1 shall be paid to Brazos, and disposed of as contemplated by SECTION 14.3 hereof.
