Application of Proceeds or Award. If, pursuant to the terms of the Senior Loan Documents, Owner is ever entitled to receive any portion of any Proceeds or Awards (i.e., such amounts are not required to be used for Restoration or to be applied to repayment of the Senior Loan), Borrower shall cause such portion of such Proceeds or Award to be deposited into the Subordinate Deposit Account and all such amounts shall then be applied to the payment of the Debt in accordance with Section 2.3.2.
