Common use of Application of Provisions of Original Agreement Clause in Contracts

Application of Provisions of Original Agreement. The provisions of this Eleventh Supplemental Agreement are intended to supplement and amend those of the Original Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. Except as amended by this Eleventh Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of the Original Agreement shall apply with like force and effect to the Series 2022 TIFIA Bond except to the extent that the provisions of the Original Agreement are expressly modified or their application expressly limited by the terms of this Eleventh Supplemental Agreement.

The provisions of this Eleventh Tenth Supplemental Agreement are intended to supplement and amend those of the Original Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. Except as amended by this Eleventh Tenth Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of the Original Agreement shall apply with like force and effect to the Series 2022 TIFIA Bond 2021A Bonds except to the extent that the provisions of the Original Agreement are expressly modified or their application expressly limited by the terms of this Eleventh Tenth Supplemental Agreement.

The provisions of this Eleventh Eighth Supplemental Agreement are intended to supplement and amend those of the Original Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. Except as amended by this Eleventh Eighth Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of the Original Agreement shall apply with like force and effect to the Series 2022 TIFIA Bond 2019 Bonds except to the extent that the provisions of the Original Agreement are expressly modified or their application expressly limited by the terms of this Eleventh Eighth Supplemental Agreement.

The provisions of this Eleventh Ninth Supplemental Agreement are intended to supplement and amend those of the Original Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. Except as amended by this Eleventh Ninth Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of the Original Agreement shall apply with like force and effect to the Series 2022 TIFIA Bond 2020 Bonds except to the extent that the provisions of the Original Agreement are expressly modified or their application expressly limited by the terms of this Eleventh Ninth Supplemental Agreement.

The provisions of this Eleventh Twelfth Supplemental Agreement are intended to supplement and amend those of the Original Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery hereof. Except as amended by this Eleventh Twelfth Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the provisions of the Original Agreement shall apply with like force and effect to the Series 2022 TIFIA Bond except to the extent that the provisions of the Original Agreement are expressly modified or their application expressly limited by the terms of this Eleventh Twelfth Supplemental Agreement.
