Application of Rates, Terms and Conditions. 1.1. A The rates, terms and conditions contained within this document, hereinafter referred to as “Rates, Terms and Conditions,” are applicable to the provision of Interstate Long Distance Service and International Long Distance Service, hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as "Service", by Eastex Long Distance, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", as specified herein.
