APPLICATION OF REFERENCE RATE REVOLVING LOANS. Regardless of whether the conditions in this Agreement for the making of Revolving Loans are then satisfied, each Lender shall make its share of any Reference Rate Revolving Loan referred to in clause 6.8.3 available to the Agent for the benefit of the Swingline Lender on the date notice of the requirement for any such Reference Rate Revolving Loan is given to the Lenders.
