Common use of Application of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Application of Representations and Warranties. It is understood and agreed that the foregoing representations and warranties shall apply only to the Pledged Collateral delivered on the date hereof and that, with respect to Pledged Collateral delivered thereafter, the Pledgor shall be required to make representations and warranties in form and substance substantially similar to the foregoing in supplements hereto and that such representations and warranties contained in such supplements hereto shall be applicable to such Pledged Collateral hereafter delivered.
