Common use of Application of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Application of Representations and Warranties. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties of each Subsidiary Borrower (other than any Subsidiary Borrower that shall be a Subsidiary Borrower as of the Closing Date) in this Section 6.22 shall only be applicable to such Subsidiary Borrower on and after the date of its execution of an Assumption Letter and, if applicable, an Alternate Currency Addendum.

Application of Representations and Warranties.
