Common use of Application of Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Application of Representations and Warranties. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties in this Section 6.14 of each Foreign Subsidiary that is a Borrower shall only be applicable to such Borrower on and after the date of its execution of its Assumption Letter and any applicable Alternate Currency Addendum until such time as such Foreign Subsidiary ceases to be a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23 or 2.24, as applicable.
