Application of Series 2010-3 Interest Collections. On or prior to each Payment Date, RCFC shall instruct the Trustee in writing as to the amount to be applied pursuant to each of clauses (i) through (v) below to the extent funds are anticipated to be available from Series 2010-3 Interest Collections processed during the Series 2010-3 Interest Period ending on the day immediately preceding such Payment Date, and on such Payment Date the Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw from the Series 2010-3 Collection Account and apply such amounts as follows:
