Common use of Application of Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of Supplemental Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture shall take effect on the date hereof, and shall apply only to the DECS. This Supplemental Indenture shall have no effect on any other Securities, whether originally issued prior to the date hereof or thereafter. If any provision of this Supplemental Indenture is inconsistent with any provision of the Indenture, then, to the extent permitted by the Indenture, the provision in this Supplemental Indenture shall control.
