Application of the Article of the Indenture Regarding Defeasance and Covenant Defeasance. Except as may be provided by a Future Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of Article Fourteen of the Indenture, including the provisions relating to defeasance and covenant defeasance of the Securities under Sections 1402 and 1403, respectively, of the Indenture shall apply to the Notes.
