Application of the Article of the Indenture Relating to a Sinking Fund. Except as may be provided in a Future Supplemental Indenture, none of the Notes shall be entitled to the benefit of any sinking fund, and the provisions of the Indenture relating to a sinking fund, including Article Twelve and Subsection (3) of Section 501 of the Indenture, shall not apply to any of the Notes.
