Application of the Available Collections. The Cash Manager shall, not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the Business Day prior to each Payment Date, determine the amounts to be applied on such Payment Date to make each of the payments contemplated by Section 3.08(a), 3.08(b) or 3.08(c) (as applicable) hereof setting forth separately, the amount to be applied on such Payment Date pursuant to each clause of Section 3.08(a), 3.08(b) or 3.08(c) (as applicable) hereof including, where applicable, the allocation of principal of the ACS Group Securities in accordance with Section 3.09 hereof.
