APPLICATION OF THE BUSINESS HABITS, CUSTOMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BANK. When in the relationship between THE BANK and THE CUSTOMER, due to this regulation, there are no legal or contractual provisions clearly applicable, the commercial habits and customs of the market shall be applied. Likewise, the parties convene that this regulation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Banking Business.
