If processing of Personal Data involves a transfer outside the EEA or Switzerland, the Standard Contractual Clauses apply as stated in this section and section 10 and are incorporated by reference. 10.2. The Standard Contractual Clauses apply where there is an international transfer to a country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of Data Subjects in relation to the processing of Personal Data as determined by the European Commission.
