Common use of Application of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Application of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, including the covenants set forth herein, are expressly and solely for the benefit of the Holders of the Notes. The Notes constitute a separate series of Securities as provided in Section 2.01 of the Indenture.

Application of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture.
