Application of Voluntary Prepayments by Type of Loan and Order of Maturity. Any voluntary prepayments pursuant to subsection 2.4A(i) shall be applied as specified by the Borrowers in the applicable notice of prepayment; provided that in the event the Borrowers fail to specify the Loans to which any such prepayment shall be applied, such prepayment shall be applied first to repay outstanding Base Rate Loans to the full extent thereof on a pro rata basis and second to repay outstanding Euro dollar Rate Loans on a pro rata basis in each case in a manner which minimizes the amount of any payments required to be made by the Borrowers pursuant to subsection 2.6D.
