Application of Voluntary Prepayments by Type of Loans. Any prepayment of any Loan pursuant to Section 2.9(a) shall be applied on a pro rata basis to the Tranche A Loans and the Tranche B Loans and, in the case of the Tranche A Loans, to the remaining scheduled amortization Installments of principal of the Tranche A Loans (including the final payment).
