Common use of Application of Voluntary Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Application of Voluntary Prepayments. Subject to Section 2.15(d), any prepayment of any Loan pursuant to Section 2.13 will be applied as specified by the Borrower in the applicable notice of prepayment and absent any such direction as to the prepayment of such Loans, in direct order of maturity; provided that in any event, any prepayment shall be applied ratably among holders of the same Class of Loans (or, in the case of any Obligations other than Loans, of the same type of such Obligations).

Application of Voluntary Prepayments.
