Application Response Times Sample Clauses

Application Response Times. The Operator will ensure that the systems, applications, and networks comprising the Programs provide an operationally realistic environment within which the Client can conduct and support its business. The Operator will exploit opportunities to improve the performance of the Deliverables and Programs wherever appropriate. To this end, the Client will provide response time information to the Operator in support of pursuing operational improvement. The Operator will not be held responsible for Internet performance outside of the Operator's control. The Operator shall be responsible for the performance of any internet service providers or other intermediaries selected by the Operator.
