Common use of Application Services and Deployment Clause in Contracts

Application Services and Deployment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer will have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use or have access to Application Services during the Subscription Term (as extended) specified in Customer’s Order therefor. Application Services are deployed by means of software-as-a-service hosted by Sugar (“SugarCloud”), or installation by or for Customer on or at its premises or hosted by Customer or by a third party on Customer’s behalf (“On-Site”) as specified in an Order and may be used solely for Customer’s internal business operations except as otherwise specified in an Order.
