The Grantee agrees and acknowledges that all Restricted Stock Units granted to the Grantee from time to time under the Plan will be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Plan and each Grant Notice received by the Grantee from time to time, whether such Grant Notice is transmitted via electronic transmission or otherwise.
