Application to Automobile Manufactures and Distributors. Subject to the reasonable cooperation of the Sellers, the Buyer shall provide to all applicable automobile manufacturers and distributors as promptly as possible after the execution and delivery of this Agreement any application or other information with respect to such application necessary in connection with the seeking of the consents of such manufacturers and distributors contemplated by Section 7.10.
