Application to Credit Suisse. Borrowers expressly acknowledge and agree that Borrowers shall afford the rights under this Article XIII to Credit Suisse whether or not Credit Suisse or any Affiliate thereof is then “Lender” under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
