This contract applies regardless of whether the social media is accessed using DOEA’s IT facilities and equipment or equipment belonging to Contractor, Subcontractor, or their respective employees. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, personal computers, cellular phones, personal digital assistants, smart watches, or smart tablets.
