Application to Investments. This Agreement is applied to all investments which have been carried out by investors of any Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party before and after coming into force of this Agreement, and should not be applied to any dispute or claim concerning investments which has arisen and (or) has been settled before entry into force of this Agreement.
