Application to Minnesota Property. Notwithstanding anything in this Mortgage to the contrary, to the extent the applicable portion of the Property is situated in the State of Minnesota or to the extent the application, interpretation or treatment of this Mortgage is subject to Minnesota laws, the following shall apply:
