Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Xxxxxxx and Fortive on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Xxxxxxx or Fortive in the future.
