APPLICATION TO RECEIVE CREDIT. The implementation of this program will permit eligible Employees meeting all requirements to receive credit for approved activities undertaken after July 1, 2014. It is the responsibility of the Employee to maintain his/her own file of transcripts or other certification of approved courses.
