Application to Repayment Clause Samples

Application to Repayment. During each Cash Dominion Period, all amounts deposited to the Cash Dominion Account shall be applied pursuant to the instructions of the Administrative Agent for repayment of the Loans as required under Section 2.05(b)(iii) and, so long as no Default shall then be continuing, any balance remaining after such application shall be automatically transferred to such account or accounts as the Borrowers’ Agent may designate from time to time not later than the close of business on each Business Day.
